Hey everyone!

Sooo…I kinda have an important announcement to make. :c

Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I should do with -hysteresis….because honestly, when this blog started getting popular, I really began to get worried. I feel really guilty posting these pictures that aren’t even mine, and what if the owner gets super pissed at me? I see cosplayers and photographers post journals all the time about being angry that their images are stolen - and even if I happen to link back to the source, what difference does it make? I’m still posting something and gaining popularity for something that isn’t even mine.

I know tumblr is practically a site all about posting stuff that isn’t your’s, but I’ve always resented it when people gain internet popularity for something like that - it isn’t even their work, they don’t deserve the popularity - which is mainly why I’ve kept my personal tumblr’s separate, except towards my friends.

Back when I was really excited about -hysteresis, I played with the idea that - ‘Oh, I’m making this cosplayer and photographer better known.’ And sure, that may be the case, but I’m doing it without their consent, and to me, that’s wrong, no matter what the cause. Also, I happen to know some of the cosplayer’s that I post - and whereas they’re cool with it, I just can’t help feeling terrible.

So I finally decided to just step up and end this blog.

One of my friend’s told me that it was a bad idea, that a lot of people would be disappointed, and for that, I’m really sorry - But there are a lot of other good cosplay tumblr’s out there if you’d still like to watch those kind’s of blogs - and, of course, there’s always deviantart - an online site that you can favorite work from the original artist/model/photographer! So there are still a whole bunch of options open for you guys to get your daily dose of cosplay. ヽ(´▽`)/

BUT If we’re actually friends, drop me a message if you want my other tumblr’s so we can still talk. :D I’d hate to lose all of my friends I’ve made here! c:
